Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using this art print section of the website we take it that you have read, understood and accepted the information below.

Ordering
You will receive a confirmation email from us after we have received your order via this website. This email is an acknowledgement that your order has been received and that the printing and processing has begun. Once this has been completed you'll receive another email to let you know that your print is on its way to you.

Payment
Online payment is handled by PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal account, alternatively, PayPal accepts major credit/debit cards.

Delivery
All orders are sent by first class recorded Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt.
We aim to deliver your print within 7 to 14 days.
Please read the GICLEE PRINT INFO AND CARE information before unwrapping your parcel.
Unwrap the parcel carefully taking care not to damage the packaging in the case of the need to return the item.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your artwork, having opened it following the above instructions, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Prints must be returned in pristine saleable condition and in the original packaging or similar new packaging. Please contact us at prints@tribeoffrog.org if you wish to make a return. The cost of this return will be your responsibility.

Loss/Damage in Transit or Non-delivery
​In the case of prints damaged in transit when sent out, they must be carefully returned as stated above.
